This was our first try of もつ鍋 (offal hotpot). Mild level of spice was just right. The noodles blended with chives and offal really well! Might be a bit greasy for some but we enjoyed the richness of the soup. The portion was good for sharing (we ordered 'very satisfied course' for each person). The server recommended mentaiko as side dish and we liked it too. They will invite you to leave comment for the restaurant but won't force it, no worries

Authentic Fukuoka soul food! The broth is amazing and full of flavor. Just a heads up that the meat is very fatty and chewy, so if you aren't into that texture, it might not be for you. The staff is great and helps with the cooking, and they even offer extra broth throughout the meal

This is one of the best beef intestine hot pot restaurants I’ve tried. The soup base was deeply flavorful, and the motsu was soft and juicy without any unpleasant smell. The portion size was generous and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Totally worth it!
